Manuel Cabrera is developing a hotel and resort complex in the town of Iranduba, Manaus Province, Brazil. The complex will consist of a five-star hotel (Hotel Farol da Amazônia) and a section with tourist apartments, parking, outdoor pools, terraces, gardens, and a sports area. Located on the banks of the Amazon River, the entire complex boasts spectacular views of both the rainforest and the river.
The hotel has 28 floors, including service floors. A notable feature is the interior courtyard in the guest room area, and the building is crowned with a glass dome that, at night, will project the interior light like a real lighthouse. The building will also feature a panoramic observation deck, the “Mirador” level, which will house a restaurant, bar, and chill-out area.
The lower levels and semi-basements will house themed restaurants, a spa area, a gym, retail spaces, terraces, and outdoor pools. Above the main lobby level is the convention floor, designed as a multifunctional space, not only for conferences and conventions but also for family celebrations.
