With more than 50 years of experience in the construction, architecture and urban planning sector, it has a professional team specialized in different fields of architectural design, construction, planning, pathology reports, valuations and advice in general.
Manolo
Cabrera
Doctor in architecture, with more than 50 years of experience.
Throughout this time he has carried out projects on the Costa Blanca for independent villas, buildings and bungalow complexes of various styles and sizes, as well as several hotels and public buildings.
He has been a professor at the Higher School of Architecture of Madrid.
He has held the title of Real Estate Agent since 1989.
He has carried out many expert reports related to construction pathologies and assessments.
Additionally, he has developed projects in Cape Verde, Brazil and Saudi Arabia.
Mónica
Cabrera
Industrial Design Engineer, with a master’s degree in Graphic and Product Design. And another master’s degree in Footwear Design and Management.
she has been working as a freelance designer in Arquifach for more than 10 years.
In addition to graphic design, she carries out 3D perspectives of buildings and homes, both exterior and interior.
She is a specialist in interior design and decoration, carrying out everything from the design and choice of materials to the “in situ” control of the final placement on the work.

Kosareva
Russian architect, from the Saint Petersburg University of Architecture and Construction.
She joined the Arquifach team in 2013 during her Master’s study internship at the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
She is responsible for Russian and Ukrainian clients.
Together with Manuel Cabrera she participated in the editing of a column on architecture and advice in the Russian newspaper “Noticias Costa Blanca”.

Luque
Self-taught in everything related to accounting, administration and management.
He joined the Arquifach team more than 40 years ago.
He is a specialist in administrative procedures before city councils, property registry and supply companies.
He is a hard-working, persevering, organized and very decisive person.
Natalia
Ros
Architect from the E.T. S. de Arquitectura de Valencia with 10 years of experience in the sector carrying out renovations, extensions and new constructions, both of single-family and multi-family homes and of premises or public buildings.
She has collaborated with Arquifach since 2014, mainly in charge of construction management.
Ariadna
Rodriguez
Architect from the Higher Polytechnic School of Alicante since 2018 and subsequent qualifying master’s degree.
He has carried out internships in public institutions for the development of urban projects and collaborating with other studios carrying out renovation projects, extensions and new construction of single-family homes and premises.
She has collaborated with Arquifach since 2022, mainly as a construction director.

Graduated in Architecture and qualifying master’s degree from the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
Gabriela considers that each project is an opportunity to learn and evolve, which drives her to work with enthusiasm and dedication, always focused on architectural excellence.
His creative approach and passion for architectural design allow him to actively contribute to each project, always seeking innovative solutions that respond to the needs of the client and the environment.
